About Reed & Co

Reed & Co Distillery is a family owned and operated distillery in the alpine town of Bright N.E Victoria established in 2016. As reputable ex-chefs, Hamish and Rachel are the two creators behind Reed & Co and ensure that the quality of flavour and technique is at the core of the product and experience.

Reed & Co Distillery started out as a chef experimentation.

With an interest in using the distillation process to create natural oil flavours for food, however they were quick to realsie that any great meal (or great day) should be accompanied with a great drink … which in turn lead them to gin. 

They emplore a focus on traditional distilling methods, quality ingredients and botanicals, which goes hand in hand with balancing of flavours. Meet the makers for an unforgettable Bayside experience.
